We offer flat-rate shipping to all European Union countries to keep things simple for our customers.

• Estimated Delivery Time: * Baltics (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania): 2–5 business days.

  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SIA'' OM'' is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or contact our support team at aeternaworld@gmail.com to assist you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
